A “”Product”” is the result of the Writing Service, delivered as original content in a digital document for research purposes only. It is not intended for submission to educational institutions. A “”Product Revision”” is a request for editing the final version of the Product based on the initial Order requirements.

The “”Quality Assurance Department”” is responsible for evaluating and protecting the quality of the Company’s Products and Writing Services. The “”Support Team”” is responsible for coordinating and assisting with Orders and Writing Services. An “”Expert”” is a freelancer engaged by the Company to provide Writing Services to the Customer. The “”Balance”” refers to the Customer’s personal account within the Company, where funds can be added to compensate for the price of the Orders. The “”Affiliate Program”” is a program that rewards regular Customers with Credits on their personal balance for bringing in new Clients to the Website. The Company determines the commission rates for the program, and can be changed at its discretion.”

Order Placing and Registration
“You must complete the order form in the application to place an order. We only provide writing services upon request. The order form will specify the work details, order requirements, and delivery terms. When filling out the form, you must provide accurate and complete information in each section.

You must register with your email and password, or you can use your Facebook or Gmail account to sign in. If you encounter any issues with creating your account, please get in touch with our support team. If any of your contact details change, you must update your profile or inform Support.
If we find multiple accounts, they will be merged with your original account from your first purchase.”

Order Payment and Discounts
“By placing an Order, you agree to pay for the Writing Service the Company provides. The Company will only begin processing your order once payment for the Writing Service has been made and authorized. Sometimes, the Company may require you to send a photo of the credit card you used for payment, with the cardholder’s name and last four numbers visible. The payment for the Product will be calculated based on the Company’s Pricing and must be paid in advance, as stated in the Order form, once the scope of work has been determined. Orders can be paid with credits from your Personal Balance. The Company can offer discount and bonus programs to Customers at its discretion using discount codes. If the code is not provided in the Order form, the discount will not be applied to that particular order.
The Company ensures that all Customers have equal access to discount and bonus program information.

After evaluating your order, the Company may request additional payment or time to fulfill your requirements, as the amount of work needed can only be determined after a manual review. The Expert will determine the final price after the review, and you can choose to agree or refuse the new Order parameters and total. If you wish to stop working with the Company, a refund will be processed according to the Money Back Guarantee Policy. When placing Orders and making payments, you can use only Visa, Mastercard, or AmEx to recharge your Personal Balance.

If you receive a partial or full payment reimbursement, you can either follow the Money Back Guarantee Policy or transfer the funds to your Personal Account. Payments are accepted in USD, and if you pay with a different currency, your bank will convert the amount according to the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. For orders with deadlines within 12-24 hours, resources must be provided within 30 minutes of placing the order. In such cases, the Company will assign the best available Expert. The cost of the Preferred Expert Option will be refunded to the Customer’s Credit Balance.”

Order Delivery
“The Company is responsible for delivering the Writing Service and meeting the deadline stated in the order. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery channels are available once the Company has provided the Writing Service. The Company cannot be held accountable for an incorrect email address provided by the Customer, spam filters, internet disruptions, or failure by the Customer to provide communication channels beyond the control of the Company.

The Customer is encouraged to seek Support for assistance with Order delivery. The Customer is responsible for downloading the Writing Service promptly upon completion by the Company. Orders are delivered through our in-app service and can be accessed through the Completed Orders tab.

Once the Company has delivered the order, the Customer will receive a notification in their in-App and an email with a download link. If no revision is requested within eight days of the deadline, funds will be automatically released, ensuring protection for our Experts. Please review each order carefully before submitting it. Once the Expert receives the full agreed-upon payment, the Product is considered complete, and no Refund will be provided.”

Order Revision
